The Beer

It is getting hot and that means Summer Ale is now available. Tame the Heat with this light refreshing ale. Available in bottles and kegs at the brewery AND at a store or watering hole near you.

We made a single batch of Black Lager and have bottles and kegs available at the brewery.

You can still get your fix of Spring Bock at the brewery for a little longer. We have some bottles left.

The brewery

Carolina Brewing Company was the great idea of two brothers, John and Greg Shuck, and a friend, Joe Zonin.

In 1992, we were living in Seattle and home brewing beer in our basement. John picked up a job working at a local brewery (Maritime Pacific) while Joe & Greg worked second shift at a credit agency and brewed beer third shift, into the wee morning hours...
