The Beer
Purity is one of our top priorities. We use only four ingredients in our beer, malted barley, hops, yeast and water. Our beer does not contain chemicals or additives of any kind and it is not pasteurized.
Our method of brewing is time consuming and our choice of ingredients is expensive. We know it's worth the extra effort and cost, and we think you'll agree. Try our tasty liquids and we know that you will taste the quality.
The brewery
Carolina Brewing Company was the great idea of two brothers, John and Greg Shuck, and a friend, Joe Zonin.
In 1992, we were living in Seattle and home brewing beer in our basement. John picked up a job working at a local brewery (Maritime Pacific) while Joe & Greg worked second shift at a credit agency and brewed beer third shift, into the wee morning hours...
