One of the most recent and greatest additions to old school Wendell, Carolina Brewery! Clearly the progressive leadership at the Wendell brewery has not only added a significant amount of value to the town of Wendell, but they have also brought a necessary piece of personality towards revitalizing the retail market within this comfortable little town.
Now! Not only can you find the higher end spirit's that would require a 25-to-30-minute drive from this area, but they have also been offering a weekly drink menu that surpasses what their competitors have been offering within 20 a mile radius.
Stop into this uniquely comfortable environment, enjoy the company of the personable staff and relax!

The beer was very refreshing great flavors and if you don't like beer they do have hard Seltzer or liquor and wine whatever makes you happy. But definitely highly recommend stopping in here if you're in, at least the Wendell area which is the one we visited. Delicious beers, great staff, and great owners. Theta have a small inside bar, an awesome outdoor seating area, AND seating inside the brewery!
Hop Roar is my favorite beer.

We LOVE this place! Andy's man bun keeps the place sewn up tight. Mark and Van are always happy to see us. Lauren is great!(short girl with dark hair). She brings awesome energy whenever she works and has the best stories! Never had a bad time here. It's s like Cheers. Everybody knows our name!Matthew Thompson9 years agoThe beer was great. FREE tour (thanks, Burt and Jimmy - Second String bluegrass band at Q Shack in Durham, April 9!)! I had a pint of the Winter Porter - absolutely delicious. Wife enjoyed the Brown Ale. Also took home a growler of Hop Roar IPA. Outstanding! Atmosphere was a little dreary in the tap room, but otherwise, great. PRO TIP: Download the Stealz app and get a free pint glass!
