We look forward to coming here to just get out of the house for a social atmosphere! Don’t skip out on their pretzels, you won’t regret it!! 😛Chase Mangus2 years agoKarina is the bee’s knees! Best bartender in the US.Angie Stockdale2 years agoI’m not a beer drinker, but my husband keeps their beer on tap at home. The wine and cocktails are great as well as the overall feel of the place. Everyone we’ve dealt with that works there is great, but Sarah is a rockstar!!Brandon Elz2 years agoGreat beer and service; competitive pricing as well. They also have a great selection on liquor. Great spot in downtown Wendell! Troy is always on point with his drink pours and positive attitude!Ted Gautsch3 years agoHello Wendell NC, welcome to your new social district!
One of the most recent and greatest additions to old school Wendell, Carolina Brewery! Clearly the progressive leadership at the Wendell brewery has not only added a significant amount of value to the town of Wendell, but they have also brought a necessary piece of personality towards revitalizing the retail market within this comfortable little town.
Now! Not only can you find the higher end spirit's that would require a 25-to-30-minute drive from this area, but they have also been offering a weekly drink menu that surpasses what their competitors have been offering within 20 a mile radius.
Stop into this uniquely comfortable environment, enjoy the company of the personable staff and relax!
Cheers!Erin McDonough3 years agoCame down from Connecticut and was told this was the place we had to go to. The beer was very refreshing great flavors and if you don't like beer they do have hard Seltzer or liquor and wine whatever makes you happy. But definitely highly recommend stopping in here if you're in, at least the Wendell area which is the one we visited. Five stars for sureCrystal Fields4 years agoGood beers, laid back atmosphere, and clean. Bartender provided us with excellent service. Would highly recommend the Take My Breath Away sour.Bill5 years agoCarolina Brewing Company, a.k.a. “CBC“, is one of the greatest hometown, friendly, nice-to-know-ya local craft breweries in Raleigh. You will not be disappointed by the beer and by the people that work here and by the patrons. Really great place! Highly recommended! Five stars.Paul Roberts6 years agoMy favorite brewery! The OG of breweries around here. Since 1995.
Delicious beers, great staff, and great owners. Theta have a small inside bar, an awesome outdoor seating area, AND seating inside the brewery!
Hop Roar is my favorite beer.
Go see my friends and tell’em Paul, with the beard, sent you!Brandon Coon7 years agoBeen coming here for years with my wife. My local watering hole. Thirsty Thursdays are a bargain. We LOVE this place! Andy's man bun keeps the place sewn up tight. Mark and Van are always happy to see us. Lauren is great!(short girl with dark hair). She brings awesome energy whenever she works and has the best stories! Never had a bad time here. It's s like Cheers. Everybody knows our name!Matthew Thompson10 years agoThe beer was great. FREE tour (thanks, Burt and Jimmy - Second String bluegrass band at Q Shack in Durham, April 9!)! I had a pint of the Winter Porter - absolutely delicious. Wife enjoyed the Brown Ale. Also took home a growler of Hop Roar IPA. Outstanding! Atmosphere was a little dreary in the tap room, but otherwise, great. PRO TIP: Download the Stealz app and get a free pint glass!
